I had translated the GB2312 to UTF-8, and display well for 2.7.3
rename it msg.txt -> msg
and place in
/FUDforum/thm/default/i18n/chinese
then rebuild

There is already a more complete chinese translation in the CVS utilizing utf8.

已知的问题：
Known problems:
- Help files for some non-English languages are not UTF8 encoded. A fix is available here.
- Dates do not display correctly on Windows with some non-English locales. A fix is available here.
